A part-finished board is fine

You do not have to keep the box sealed. Open it, set a few pearls, see how it feels. The guarantee still stands.

Damaged or missing pieces

If your board arrives damaged, or a pearl colour is missing from the box, send us a photo through the contact page and we will replace it.
